Liked: I loved the hotel , clean , staff lovely , hotel was amazing of the age of it , decoration, beds were very comfy, rooms was spotless, every staff member I came across are doin amazing job, everyone, thank you for a lovely experience x
Disliked: I didn't like using my card at the bar, I prefare to use Cash always, I also didn't like the entertainment that was on offer, I came with my 90yr old Dad who enjoys singers, Dancing, being entertained, no offence to the young girl singer, she tried !!! We were in a lounge type of room sitting in extra large chairs , it was like sitting in God's waiting room , my Dad nearly fell asleep, so we got a taxi to find a pub with life in it, yes I've seen the mixed reviews on the Grand hotel, but I never listened, I could of booked any hotel in Llandudno, but I choose The Grand, So Britaiania hotel group !!!! Sort your Entertainment out please because it would of been a fab few days, x

Great location, but not as...

Liked: Lovely staff,nice breakfast,was very glad to get 2 rooms for 3 nights after Haven Prestatyn closed due to a major water leak, but I did book x1 twin room and x1 double room,but on arrival was told the double room was not available,so we had x2 twin rooms,one being on the 5th floor alas the lift did not work.
Disliked: Paid for x1 twin room,and x1 double room,told the double room was not available,so we had to have x2 twin rooms and I would be paid the £40 difference as I had booked and paid for a double but still waiting for my £40 refund.Was quite disappointed as to the decor in the rooms they very bland and not very inviting,could do with a good sruce up and some much needed colour injection to liven the rooms up.The outside of the hotel is very neglected needs a good paint up,weeds and plants growing out from everywhere,I think the hotel is well over priced for the rooms you get.

Great one night stay

Liked: It's not that bad. . Its getting a bit old now, but it's fine. Entertainment at night too is good.
Disliked: Just wish they had a scheme for parking

Liked: Location and breakfast.
Disliked: Bedroom small and dated.Had to fix shower hose - previously wrong threaded which resulted in water squirting everywhere instead of coming through the shower head...lol

Liked: Location is fine. Food is not bad.
Disliked: Lift is not going to fifth floor, guest need pull their laugage from fourth floor to fifth by stare... Corridor is very narrow... Lift are very slow... The view of the room is not good. Overall improvement is needed
