Excellent service at a charming...

Liked: Charming hotel with brilliant service! Great food, ambience for dinner exemplary.
Disliked: Sadly a little dated but I wouldn’t say it takes away from the charm or quality of the stay…

stayed with you many times...

Disliked: break fast very slow didnt always get what you orderedlunch menu had change Not for the better no sandwiches on menu just wraps and rollevening meal menu not special

Overpriced. Not good value for...

Liked: The reception is grand.
Disliked: Small car park. Everything is outdated. The whole place needs to be refurbished. Stains on the carpet. A spider in the staircase area. Parts of the pool wall falling off. Wall painting coming off in many parts.And the breakfast was a rip off at £24! No discount for children. The price is too much. I would give 3 stars to the hotel.
