Excellent hotel let down by...

Liked: An old style hotel with lots of charm. Excellent dinner and breakfast. Facilities were very good.
Disliked: Unfortunately the bed had probably the softest mattress I have ever slept, or not being the case, I have ever encountered.We had about two/three hours sleep and as I suffer with my back this left us with no alternative to cut short our stay.We did think of trying to change rooms but the damage had been done.

Exceptional

Liked: We attend the Grand for my daughter’s wedding. Everything was at it should have been excellent. Meals were served promptly and very hot. Rooms were clean and tidy and bed was extremely large and comfortable

Lovely couple of days at...

Liked: Very good quality & service at breakfast. Excellent service at concierge & reception. Mirabelle restaurant each evening excellent. Recommend this hotel.
Disliked: Everything we required was very good. No faults.
