Lovely hotel. Quaint. Clean. Perfect...

Liked: Lovely and charming. Perfect location. Nice pool. Very clean. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Would definitely recommend a 2nd floor room. Incredibly loud above us. We could hear every foot step. Kept us up late and woke us up early. Thankfully we only stayed one night but no way could we deal with that for a week.

The stay at this hotel...

Liked: The location was perfect - walking distance to all the must-see sights in town. The underground parking to keep our car cool and protected from the elements was also a bonus.

Pleasantly happy and truly satisfied...

Liked: Great location to Perkins Cove. The room was spacious and sparkling clean! Heidi the manager was very welcoming and helpful, the staff was very nice! Great restaurants within walking distance..we highly recommend the Grand Hotel and will definitely stay here again.
Disliked: The bed was very comfortable, but maybe fluffier pillows, and that's being picky.
