Superb

Nice hotel with slightly outdated...

Liked: Nice looking building, pretty good pool and hot tub, comfortable bed and good pillows, good parking. Decent coffee in the morning. Large and clean room. For 1 night we just needed a comfortable bed and a safe parking for the car and it did just that.
Disliked: It is advertised as a luxury suites hotel. Which it is not It definitely is a suite but defining it as a luxury is a big stretch .It is clean and has all the basics covered. The main issue is the soundproofing or lack of it. You can hear every step your neighbors make, their tv,, bathroom etc... Othar than that just a bit outdated. Don't get me wrong,. There was nothing broken in the room and everything seemed to be in good shape. But for example there was a pretty small tv in the bedroom that was obviously an afterthought because it was set up on a dresser blocking a part of the mirror. It wasn't a smart tv and had 12 channels in it. Not sure why it was needed and who'd use it... I didn't check the other tv but it was a similar sized one. There were no electric outlets near or on the nightstand. There was a usb port but unfortunately I only had a usb c cable so couldn't use it.

Liked: Really fun town! Definitely want to visit again.
Disliked: There was no coffee at 7:00, as advertised.

Very comfortable and perfect location...

Liked: The location was perfect for us to visit Perkins Cove. Parking at the site is a plus. Having a suite made our stay very comfortable. Private deck/porch was a nice feature

Liked: Parking under the building...Hotel is five minute walk from center of town and oceanLot's of neat nooks in the hotel for quiet time or visiting with friends...

Would absolutely stay here again!!

Liked: Such a cute little hotel. The room was large and spacious with a private deck.
