Liked: Location was excellent and the restaurant was fantastic. The wait and bar staff were very, very good. The front desk staff was cheerful. The room was spacious, the decor was lovely and there was a wonderful full length mirror. The artwork at the hotel was beautifully curated and in keeping with the style of this lovely building. You could walk to hundreds of shops from the hotel.
Disliked: The front desk staff could have been much more helpful at check in by providing dining options and making it clear that room service was the only on site breakfast option. The bed was very hard and the pillows were lumpy. The adjoining room to ours had the light on all night and the room on the other side had the TV on loud volume late at night and then early in the morning.
