Excellent staff, friendly and helpful

Disliked: slight mildew smell when entering room

Liked: They only served breakfast as room service so went elsewhere. Did provide free coffee in reception though
Disliked: A bit noisy at night, but i had a word and i guess someone mended the AC.

Disliked: All was good.

Liked: Great spot in downtown McKinney, close to everything you need right there in the historic district.
Disliked: No refrigerator or microwave in the room, no on-site parking, no pool.

Liked: I was traveling for work & had 4 hours to waste & the weather was terrible. They were awesome. They let me go blow dry my things that were rained on & was allowed camp out in the lobby. Plus the hotel is adorable! We will definitely return!

Disliked: Ceiling fan made lot of noise - was not balanced

I loved this hotel and...

Liked: I loved the coffee in the lobby. The staff was very welcoming and kind.
Disliked: The thermostat was behind the TV and hard to reach and control. A simple fix to move the TV a bit or smaller dresser / stand for the TV.
