Beautiful building but remember you...

Liked: Beautiful old building, good location. It would amazing restored tastefully.
Disliked: When we arrived we had to prove that we made the booking and also show that we had paid, they had lost the records. We were then shoved a key and told where our room was. The room was mostly clean but dingy and worn. The towels were old and thin and we were only given two for the three of us. No bathmat. We did get another towel. Also the laundry which I was going to use was not in use. We thought we would have dinner at the “Irish Pub” but when there was Indian music playing, it wasn’t very authentic, we didn’t end up eating there. The wifi was very bad. I know you get what you pay for but…

Disliked: Smelt damp looked run down There was pungent incense burning in the main door way that was right through the lobby area it was way to strong

NO ONE AT RECEPTION UPON...

Disliked: No one at reception which did not set the scene. The place is run down, but still charming and cheap. No attention to detail or customer service for the accommodation. The bar Manager was friendly and assisted.

Disliked: Towels not so good, fridge just froze things. Rooms dated & not so good condition.

Disliked: No welcoming from staff. Was no one in reception and the bar employee had to call him to come to the desk.Very old/outdated rooms. Went to this hotel 2 years ago and it's getting worse

Disliked: The hotel cancelled my booking and has not refunded me. I had to rebook at another hotel, I do not recommend this hotel, I would like my money refunded.
