Liked: It’s a lovely hotel located within the city and about 15 mins drive from the airport. Josh, the manager was nice and helpful as well as the other lady receptionist. It’s within 4 mins drive to Cole’s and Kmart. The bed was comfortable.The bathroom is big and room quite spacious with sofa and table.

Comfortable bed, but not a...

Liked: The bed and pillows were comfortable. The TV worked and the bathroom was large and had a working spa bath.
Disliked: Some guests in neighbouring rooms would stand right at the front of the rooms to smoke cigarettes. The smoke from the cigarettes made my room smell like cigarettes and this made me uncomfortable. There weren't any "no smoking" signs posted, so it seemed this practice was allowed. I would suggest some no smoking within 10m signage or a designated smoking area to protect guests who value their lungs and health.Also, there is a clock tower nearby that chimes bells at the hour every hour. This noise disturbed me as I was trying to fall asleep - but I am a light sleeper and was already disturbed by the smell of cigarettes.
