Disappointing Accommodation. Friendly, Helpful Receptionist.

Disliked: Advertising was misleading. This property is a 3 star. Motel not a 4 star Hotel. Rooms were advertised as being 50sqm but in fact were just standard Motel rooms with a large bathroom. Overpriced for the standard of Accommodation.

Liked: Good location and policy’s staff. Rooms were quite big.

Liked: Friendly reception staff. Great sized room for a family if five. Awesome spa bath. Appreciated the kitchenette facilities. Loved the coffee machine in the room. Close to the centre of the city, making most things within walking distance of the hotel.
Disliked: Carpet on stairs outside the room worn. Didn't like that room wasn't given a refresh between night one and night two.
