Liked: Ease of location. Clean facility. Friendly staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed!
Disliked: Parking is limited. Drains in bathroom are very slow.

Liked: The location, price point and bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Heater wasn't working properly. Pool was freezing and that was the main reason why I booked there was to swim.

Bare bones budget hotel

Liked: The room met our needs.
Disliked: Absolutely no help from the staff. Can I get a towel for the pool? no. Can you heat the hot tub? no. Do you know where I can find a fork for the food that was delivered without silverware? no. One hot tub was green and slimy, the other was cold. Sauna was barely warm.

Disappointing

Disliked: Our bathroom door was stuck in the middle of the night for no reason.We went to the lobby to use the bathroom and look for help.

Liked: The location was the only thing to like about this location.
Disliked: The staff, the smell of food permeating the hotel to include our room, the broken heater in our room, the stain on our bedspread and box spring and how dark it was in the hallways. There wasn't anything to really like about it in general.

Liked: The location was the only thing that was good about this hotel.
Disliked: The staff seemed like they did not want to help us, the whole place reaked of food - even the room, there was a stain on our bedspread and something on the side of the springbox the mattress sat on, the heater did not work and we walked into a room that felt just as cold as the outside temperatures. When we realized a breaker was flipped, we fixed it, but the heater still had a very difficult time keeping up, so the room fluxuated between freezing and hot. Neither of us slept well and the smell of old salsa made me sick that morning as I was trying to get ready to leave. I don't normally leave bad reviews, but this place warranted it.

Liked: Great in a pinch when we got stuck during a storm.
Disliked: Beds uncomfortable. Price for value was low. It felt like we were staying in a 2 star hotel for a 5 star price. Restaurant was not open, had to walk to Starbucks and ended up breaking my ankle.
