Very nice place for 1-2...

Liked: Excellent location in the center of Key West, very nice and clean room, we also had a nice private patio. Free parking wasn't large, but it seemed sufficient for the number of rooms in the house.

Liked: Very good. Coffee, even decaf was wonderful.
Disliked: Only thing I was disappointed in were pillows. They were lumpy.

A lovely hidden gem for...

Liked: We loved our stay at The Grand Guesthouse! The location is perfect. It's walking distance to almost everything, and if it's too far to walk, there is a nearby bus stop to grab the free Duval loop bus. The staff was wonderful and friendly. The outside patio area is beautifully landscaped and a perfect place to sit and enjoy breakfast. A lovely place for a get away. We will definitely stay here again!

Liked: I would suggest fewer packaged items for breakfast. Fresh bagels, breads and eggs would be nice.
Disliked: didn't care for the coffee and processed breakfast items
