Not good.

Disliked: We found the check in girl to be very rude and not very welcoming so the whole experience with her more or less dampened our enthusiasm for our stay at Grand City as I had been looking forward to it for a few years.

Liked: Good location and friendly staff
Disliked: Our room 1722 was close to the elevator and was very noisy. We had a late night, got to the room around 3am, and only managed to get a couple of hrs of good sleep after 6 am. All l could hear was people talking every time they waited for the lift. Plus, the checkout was shambles
