Disliked: They put us in a room with plastic over the window due to the being a building site outside. Completely unable to see outside. When I asked to change rooms the staff on the desk were lovely but then this awful lady came out from the desk in the room behind. She had zero customer service skills and was extremely rude and as a face like thunder! Without her and the plastic on the window my stay would have been perfect

Liked: Lovely time, caters for all ages, lots to do locally with new amenities and food outlets, friendly staff. Room was lovely and clean.

Disliked: I didn’t like that we had to pay for parking inside the hotel grounds this was not mentioned and was automatically added to the cost !

Liked: The location of the hotel is ideal. We stayed the one night and in comparison to other hotels this was the cheapest. Location and price are it's positive points. The staff we encountered were friendly enough too.
Disliked: The hotel is very outdated and in desperate need of renovation. One of the rooms bathrooms was really unacceptable for a hotel, no mixer taps and a shower head which was difficult to switch on and off. The bunkbeds were so high my son bumped his head on the ceiling getting outbof bed!The parking is an issue. There should be clear signs stating the car park is full or has spaces.
