Very good

Liked: The Regent look Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly
Disliked: Was told there was parking at hotel but we had to park in a NCP carpark which was very tight for my vehicle size

Exceptional

Liked: The property was fantastic every thing I expected and more fabulous.
Disliked: I liked everything if I was being petty I would say the view .From my room: location was great next time I will get a room with a view the rooms are fabulous .The hotel is truly wonderful.

Great Brighton Marathon Weekend Stay

Liked: The location is great. The room was very comfortable. The service and food selection in the restaurants was very good. Lovely bar area too to celebrate after the event.
Disliked: The gym was still closed presumably due to Covid-19. Given it was marathon weekend in Brighton it might have been nice to give runners the option of using the facility at their own risk to stretch before and after the marathon.

Liked: I would like to commend the staff here. They are all exceptional and so welcoming.
Disliked: Having a fully stocked minibar in rooms would be a wonderful addition to rooms.

Glad we did it once,...

Liked: Good breakfast and a really wonderful balcony in the room. It was great to sit out there and watch the marathon and also just to sit listening to the sea.
Disliked: It was our wedding night and we had been told that a present had been left in our room. When we got back, there was nothing there. We were then told by our parents that there was supposed to be decorations all over the place and champagne, and the hotel had done it all in someone else?s room, including leaving our wedding present in there!! They then said we could have a round of drinks on them to make up for it, but gave us a voucher that didn?t include any drinks we actually wanted so we still haven?t used it. The bath was tiny and not what we expected. Also the bed looked enormous, and for the price you?re paying, we thought it would be one enormous bed rather than 2 singles pushed together. It didn?t feel comfortable. They also didn?t have a spare phone charger which I would have expected. Have been in much cheaper hotels that have had spares.

Liked: Nice hotel, great location, 175 for standard room with views of a brick wall presumably norm for Brighton
Disliked: Parking difficult (28 at NCP), receptionists disinterested, aircon/heating system in room faulty

Fabulous hotel it?s not called...

Liked: Large bedroom with balcony overlooking seafront. Bathroom with bath and shower. Heavy curtains that don?t let in the light. Good buffet breakfast everything on offer.
Disliked: Car park expensive but that?s Brighton!
