Liked: Amazing hotel in all ways - staff so very thoughtful

Liked: Breakfast although a little expensive was good quality
Disliked: We got shown our £204 room, which was inward facing, and the sounds aircon units or some really noisy machinary.on the second floor. You could not open the windows as it was very loud. Got moved to the 4th floor noise very slightly less but not worth the difference.

Liked: Breakfast amazing as always. We love the environment and general ambience, always good sitting downstairs in the evening.
Disliked: Couldn’t get the right room. The first one had humming of a generator the second one had noise from the street and the curtains didn’t block the light so woke very early - shame because everything else great

Liked: Beautiful bar, restaurant and foyer The staff were fabulous and very welcoming Had dinner in Cyan and it was delicious Our room was spotless and bed was so comfortable
Disliked: The corridors and carpets are dated The doors of the elevators were filthy and needed a good clean The corridor our room was on smelt very damp
