Liked: The staff were very helpful.
Disliked: No toilet brush in the bathroom/ toilet. Very small bottle of shower gel, but it was replaced each day. So biggest item was no toilet brush which has been reported before on reviews before so surprised not noted as it’s a valid point and would only cost £6 a room to put in

Liked: The staff was fantastic! We received a room upgrade that was a highlight of our trip. Thank you for this!!! Also, our room was not ready when it was supposed to be so the staff provided drink tickets for their beautiful bar. So thrilled with our stay here.

Liked: Large Comfortable room with tea and coffee making facilities/kettle, coffee machine. Bath and shower in room. Bathrobes and toiletries. Air con. All of the items you would need for your stay.Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice - hot and cold buffet.Staff were excellent from the welcomers at door, concierge, reception staff, waiters in the bars and dining areas and cleaning team.
Disliked: The only thing I thought that they could include was access to the SPA and this would make the whole experience perfect. You have to pay to use this facility.

Liked: Great location, clean and tidy.
Disliked: Our room wasn’t ready until after check in time. The staff however were friendly and gave us a complimentary drink while waiting.
