Liked: Location was absolutely stunning.
Disliked: Very noisy A/C at night which was impossible to switch off. We tried to solve it at 3am but at that time nobody was able to help us. We then asked for some compesation but did not receive any.

Liked: The location is right in the middle of Georgetown, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Mini bar is included, which is nice.
Disliked: No place to have breakfast on site, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so it’s not a big issue

Disliked: Absolutely Not a Four-Star Hotel – Misleading, Overpriced, and Poorly MaintainedMy husband, daughter, and I stayed one night at The Graham Hotel last month, and it was a deeply disappointing experience. I specifically booked it because they advertise rooms with two queen-size beds, important for our setup, but we arrived to find only two full-size beds, a clear case of false advertising. At check-in, I overheard another guest complaining about a broken bed. I joked, “Well, that’s encouraging,” not realizing how accurate that would be. The room was tired and run-down: old carpets, musty-smelling AC, patchy walls, and nothing resembling a four-star standard, especially for $600 a night. When I calmly raised the issue and asked about a possible discount, the front desk became unreasonably hostile. One staff member even told me that if I complained again, we’d be asked to leave. I was shocked, I was not being rude, just pointing out a legitimate issue. We couldn’t move rooms immediately, as my daughter was working on a time-sensitive paper, and they showed zero flexibility. I later filed a dispute through American Express Platinum, but the hotel falsely claimed I was just trying to get a discount based on someone else’s complaint. Amex is now advising me to reopen the case, as my documentation never went through. This is no longer about the money, it’s about principle. This hotel is not a four-star property. It’s overpriced, outdated, and unprofessionally managed. I strongly advise anyone considering The Graham Hotel in Georgetown: look elsewhere. Don’t be misled by the photos!!! the reality is far worse.

Beautiful hotel in Georgetown
Liked: Excellent Stay – Great Location, Comfort, and Exceptional Staff!I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my trip to Washington. The location, in Georgetown, is unbeatable, with easy access to shops, restaurants and major attractions. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, offering a great place to rest after a full day in the city. Everything from the bedding to the amenities met or exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. There is a speakeasy with jazz shows and good drinks.I definitely plan to come back again, highly recommended.
