Lovely hotel. Amazing location. Kind...

Liked: I did like the balcony and the room itself. It was clean and the staff were lovely (especially the doorman and the hotel manager). The buffet breakfast was really nice too. Excellent location.
Disliked: We had paid for the Deluxe king room and instead got a Terraced king room. We then asked the receptionist if we were given the wrong room and she said no.Then the other receptionist apologised and said we actually were given the wrong room and gave us 2 free cocktails and the breakfast which was very nice. We were happy with this for the price.

Fantastic stay, our first visit...

Liked: I wasn't expecting a buffet style breakfast as the website describes an individual menu choice available. However there was a good hot and cold selection and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Lacto free milk offering, More egg options - poached etc

Disliked: I didn’t like the accessible room we were given, it was still nice but the shower wasn’t nice and the shower curtain was hanging right inside door as you walk in.If I was offered this room next time I think I may ask for a normal room.This would not put me off staying again and I would recommend this hotel to anyone

Liked: The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean.
Disliked: The location was not what we were expecting since it was 13 km from the airport and was very busy. It cost more than we expected in taxi fare to go back and forth to the airport.
