Disliked: When I choose a deluxe room at extra costs specifically for with a large double bed I expect a proper double bed. Not 2 singles, with separate mattresses pushed together. That's not a a double bed and thus was disappointing. I asked for change room but was advised all rooms are the same. Yet the phots advertising the deluxe room clearly show a proper double bed.

Liked: The staff is very friendly, and the room is comfortable. They allowed us to eat within the hotel even though we bought food elsewhere.
Disliked: The price was a bit more than expected.

Liked: Location was excellent and the staff was so polite, nice and professional. They really did try to get us anything we wanted. The breakfast staff was excellent and the food selection and quality was very good. Gary made sure our meals were wonderful. The front desk manager Garret was very friendly and helpful. The Grafton is lucky to have him.
Disliked: I really found that the Grafton met my expectations and the some.
