Liked: The building was spectacular 1920s art deco, beautiful.

Practical no frills mid town...

Liked: Heritage conversion in centre of CBD with great transport access.
Disliked: Limited catering with minimal room service meant no food on a late arrival. No attempt at accomodating either an early check in ( 4 requests unanswered) and no response for a bath request. Noisy with late bars and nightclubs, terrible litter, vomit and food waste at entrance and exits.

Liked: Grace Hotel my favorite because of position, room size, cleanliness and, most of all, staff who are always smiling and quick to help.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: House Keeping staffs and mini bar refill staffs are kind and sweet. We love those sweet girls
Disliked: However one of the Reception staff had the strange opinion about we can’t change our breakfast day into another day without breakfastWe stay in the Grace hotel for five daysBut we just had reservation of breakfast for three days. Therefore, we hope kept one breakfast at the last morning. One lady of reception said : we can’t change your breakfast, because you had the reservation from booking website. So we couldn’t change the regulation from booking website.In my view, she spoke those words with bad manner
