Liked: Friendly bartender, general manager and front desk; room was clean and nice; enjoyed everything about our whole stay; we would definitely stay again and tell friends also.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: Firstly, they advertise that they have an open restaurant and bad which they do not. The toilet stopped working. There is not enough staff to handle the workload.

Liked: The Gould should have been a gem. It's nicely located in Seneca Falls and is in a cool old building. The room was decently sized and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the continental breakfast included in the room price. There was ample parking at the back of the building.
Disliked: The Gould had just changed management. The entry was unkempt and messy. The whole hotel was tired, worn, and a little on the dirty side. The retaurant and bar were closed the whole time and dark. The air conditioner in our room, positioned above the door into the bathroom, dripped constantly and loudly into a plastic waste can positioned on the floor below by staff. The surrounding floor was buckled due to this seemingly ongoing issue. The toilet in the bathroom barely flushed at all.
