Disliked: A bit dated bathroom for example but still clean and functional

Liked: The property was beautiful in a quiet area but close to lots of tourist sights
Disliked: We had no heating in our room or bathroom it was so cold it was shocking we decided not to stay when it couldn’t be fixed

Liked: Location and cleanliness were both excellent. Staff very helpful. We didn’t have breakfast as it was so expensive, so can’t comment.
Disliked: Our single beds had double sized duvet covers which were very wrinkled and bundled. So we had to remake both beds to ensure the excess covers were down the sides of the beds! Surely s hotel of this standard has single covers to fit the duvets?!The WiFi in our room (304) continually dropped out and couldn’t be used.We couldn’t switch off the lights without getting out of bed - small point.The lift wasn’t working when we visited.

Liked: The staff was phenomenal! The location was ideal. Our only problem was it was only available for one night.We will definitely book it again for our next London stay.
