A comfortable bed

Liked: Great stuff, free ample parking, really comfortable bed. Breakfast excellent with lots of choice on menu.
Disliked: We were told one in one out for the pool and it was full of children so we unfortunately couldn’t unwind in the leisure facilities which is the main reason I booked this hotel. Doors in corridor very loud slamming in the morning early woke me before my alarm.

Disliked: Finding our way around-we had a tour with a member of staff but a little map in the room would have been handy.Small lounge areas that could do with more seating.

Beautiful countryside getaway

Liked: Modern bedroom and bathroom, coffee machine nice touch.Spa facilities very clean and not too busy.Breakfast options very good and cooked to order.Plenty of public space to lounge in.Staff- Youngsters with a happy to help attitude.
Disliked: Bar prices seemed a bit steep for outside London- £17.50 for a single gin & tonic and a pint of beer. The bar area was a little lacking in atmosphere.At weekends, it would have been nice to have a 2 hour childfree slot in the middle of the day to use the spa (outside the 10am-6pm time slot currently provided).

Liked: I like all the different spaces you can go to, the sofas and the log fires. The leisure facilities are always clean

Liked: Breakfast was great. Enjoyed the location as able to visit Kennels which we love as part of our booking.
Disliked: Maybe the decorations in the Richmond Arms.
