Liked: The room I rented and paid over 500 dollars for and was 400 sq fr they sold it and stuck me in a 200sq ft room. 2/2 the size less than 1/2 the cost the room they gave me was a 150 dollar room advertised online. I paid over 500 dollars Would kit give me a credit offers me 2 drink vouchers. Said I had to take it up with third party because I booked through booking.com
Disliked: Credit me back the money I paid for the room I didn’t receive.

Pretty amazing place, but only...

Liked: The place visually looks amazing. The colors are vibrant and decor really matches the looks they are going for.
Disliked: Not really a family hotel, as the pool turns into a pool party. If you have anyone with you under the age of 18 you can not use they pool on certain days which was a little disappointing.

Liked: The location is very good, close to many restaurants. For breakfast, I usually go to Café Fleur - Café & Beignet. Their coffee and breakfast are nice, and the people are very friendly.
Disliked: I guess they didn’t check my hotel room before I checked in, because there were some hairs on my bed, which was not good. However, they cleaned the room every day afterwards. They may need to improve their cleaning practices.
