Disappointing but not the worst

Liked: The style of the place was great, the beds were nice and comfy and the staff were friendly enough. I can imagine people having a good time here unfortunately I did not. We did not try the food unfortunately
Disliked: First off, our room wasn't ready for us by 4, so they "upgraded" us from queen oceanview to king no view, and it just went downhill the whole night. When I say no view they meant it. And down the longest hallway I've ever been in. Once we got there, the rooms weren't cleaned very well, especially the bathroom and under the beds (omg), we also found dried up contacts and my cup had something left in it, cleaner or something,( I drank out of it and almost threw up) and brown spots on the floor. We didn't have good water pressure or it didn't get very hot either, it was weird.There was a low beeping noise coming from somewhere outside all night which I get might not be the hotel and I should of asked them about it but I did eventually fall asleep, it was just annoying.Lastly, the pool closes at sundown which was 530 or so and that's just really odd I think to close that early, when check-in is at 4 and no hot tub, missed that memo my bad.

Liked: The staff, José and Joselyn and extrimely good, they are real profesionals. Gently, friendly and always smailing giving confidenciales to the customers.
Disliked: The size of the room, the bed for two people have to be king size. It was just twin size. So it was unconfortable.

A hotel that doesn’t meet...

Liked: The customer service was efficient, and they helped us change our reservation. The front desk staff was friendly, and the lobby area, as well as the library decorations, were nice.
Disliked: We would have switched hotels as soon as we arrived if it hadn’t been so late at night. The customer service understood our disappointment and shock and did everything they could to ensure we got our money back for this terrible experience.The hotel was substandard. The worst and most appalling hotel experience ever. Goodtime advertises itself as a hotel, but it’s more like a one-star hostel or a student dormitory. The rooms were so tiny that it was impossible to open your luggage without losing the ability to move around the room. The room was in no way suitable for two travelers, even though the website marketed it as a double room. Two people couldn’t pass each other in the room because there simply wasn’t enough space.The bathroom sink leaked water onto the counter, and the room’s materials were worn, while the textiles were extremely dirty. For example, the upholstered headboard around the bed was covered in stains and signs of wear—unbelievable that such a thing was even placed around the bed. The shower and bathroom were also far too small for normal use. There was no storage space for belongings in the room. Overall, the room was incredibly untidy, with everything looking worn out and poorly maintained.There was also an unpleasant sweet “air freshener” smell in the common areas of the hotel.The room did not match the website description at all. All the basic amenities were missing.The sunbeds at the pool area were filthy, with visible stains and sun-bleached colors. The supposed pink color of the beds was actually a dirty gray, and you wouldn’t want to touch them, let alone lie down on them to sunbathe. The music played at the pool area was also way too loud.The hotel photos on various websites are heavily edited and clearly taken from the best possible angles, but they do not reflect reality in the slightest.

Good location, but hotel can...

Liked: The property is in a good spot, next to all of the big restaurants and hotels in south beach.
Disliked: The room were really small but manageable, they should improve the hotel overall because it has good potentials.

Disliked: Was on the smaller side, but we were there for 2 nights and do not have much luggage, so it was perfect.

Liked: I loved everything, the location in South beach, the staff very friendly and helpful and of course the hotel is so beautiful, a piece of art with exceptional decoration, nice colors, I’m glad i chose this hotel, thank you !

Hotel has very nice pool...

Liked: I like the location , it was 5 min to street with lots of shops and cafes and approximately 10 min to beach.
Disliked: Overpriced caffe in the restaurant , and no kettle with tea and caffe in the room which I think it’s a basic requirement these days.
