Liked: Nice Accommodations, comfy beds, staff was great helping us with bags. LOVED the toiletries!!! The washer/dryer facilités at the college were easy to access as well.
Disliked: The third floor was a little warm on the warmer days but they provided a fan.

Liked: Good location but not within a too touristy area as it's a side street next to a college. So it's nice and quiet at night. Bed was comfy, water pressure was exceptional with super heated water which is nice after a long day exploring London.
Disliked: Worth noting that there's no lift so not the most accessible. There's a radiator, works well enough so if you're coming during winter you shld be fine. But I don't think there's an aircon and the standing fan in the room is really old and not that functional, so maybe don't book this place for the summer.

Incredible stay, lovely location, amazing...

Liked: The room was so pretty, nicely decorated, clean and quiet. The location made it perfect. It made our trip so comfortable and convenient. The receptionist working at the front desk was so polite and helpful that he made our overall stay even better with his assistance. Thank you so much for putting in the effort to help us so much and make our stay wonderful! Will be visiting again.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was great, compliments for your hospitality standard.

Exceptional

Central yet an oasis of...

Liked: Beautiful spacious suite in this historic and characterful hotel. Lovely ambience of culture and civilisation. Central location not far from Kings Cross yet quiet and peaceful with view overlooking gorgeous Mecklenburgh gardens - with its cherry trees and camellias. Then weekend breakfast in the Grand Hall in the Goodenough College was a real treat. Such an imposing place.
Disliked: I'd have preferred a bath, and the shower was a bit old-fashioned.

A cosy place

Liked: I really enjoyed my time in The Goodenough Hotel. They are very welcoming and the place is very cute and cosy. The room was really large for myself and super clean.

Exceptional

Liked: The front desk was able to check us in early, arriving at 9:00 AM and were even able to give us an upgrade. The room was large and beautiful, having everything we needed for our stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Perfect location to access Kings Cross/ St. Pancras Station
