Very pleasant and comfortable hotel...

Liked: The location near to all facilities including bus station, room very clean.
Disliked: Was on the ground floor of the hotel with a shared entrance door. I understand these are fire doors but very noisy when closing. Room was very dark due to only one small window. Staff were very nice and pleasant but was let down by one particular young waitress, who was rude and ill informed. Maybe more.training and guidance needed.

Liked: The location was brilliant to look at, unfortunately it was on a hill. We are in our eighties with doddery legs so we in hindsight should have booked lower floor rooms. But we made the best of it. It was our first holiday for ten years so decided to go back to Hunstanton, Thirty years since we was at Hunstanton. As we said we are now older so getting about was precarious. Was very windy with the sea air too.
Disliked: As we said our rooms could have been been lower. Also as for breakfast we found a tea room come restaurant reasonably priced. In the bathroom unless you are nosey you will find the bathmat. Shower floor very slippery for us.

Really enjoyable stay. A great...

Liked: Well maintained room and general areas. Has a great location and you can watch the sunset over the ocean from the comfort of the garden or the conservatory.
Disliked: Only minor issues really. The tables in the restaurant and bar areas always seemed to be sticky and the staff were amazing and lovely, but rushed off their feet. They could do with more staff to help.
