Great place to stay.

Liked: Breakfast was great.Also the evening meal. Staff were friendly and efficient. Great beer. Room was very comfortable. Great location.
Disliked: There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like!

Liked: The bedroom was very nicely decorated very clean and with lovely toiletries plus fresh milk for hot drinks and artisan fudge!
Disliked: It might be noisy in the summer season or in front facing bedrooms

Liked: Breakfast was nice but the room was not very niceThe toilet seat was broke told manager he never did anything about it
Disliked: The manager was not very welcoming also the room was very small kept stumbing my toes.

Liked: Staff extremely friendly, the building is undergoing renovations of all rooms however they went above and beyond to ensure our room was ready, free drink at the bar as we had to wait a few moments for them to make the bed, the breakfast was without doubt on of the best we have had.
Disliked: nothing

Excellent room, staff very friendly...

Liked: The upgrade to the suite, room 7 perfect when you have a furry friend, dog basket and treats were a lovely touch. Drinks ample stocks and milk when required.
Disliked: No view from the window which didn't really matter and the price is quire expensive.

Liked: This is an old coaching inn that has recently been renovated with on going renovations. It is situated on the main street but traffic noise is minimal. The rooms have recently been renovated and are comfortable Food is good but the dining areas are large and busy and somewhat lacking in atmosphere. There is no parking but there is parking on the nearby town square ( a blue time disc is needed) or slightly further away car park
