A comfy and convenient business...

Liked: Extremely friendly staff, easy check-in, a lovely large room. They found me an iron and ironing board, and made me a packed breakfast to take as I was leaving early. I had dinner, the meal was lovely.At night, the only sounds were those of the birds, no traffic and a beautifully quiet neighbourhood.
Disliked: Nothing

Great pub with rooms

Liked: Lovely comfortable pub with rooms with very friendly and welcoming staff.Great breakfast, and we also had a hood evening meal. Great location for going to concerts at Snape Maltings
Disliked: Nothing

Room fine and staff pleasant....

Liked: Breakfast was a long time coming. There was no one around at the advertised time and the room was locked so it looks like they were starting from scratch. My chosen breakfast wasn’t as advertised on the menu but was ok.
Disliked: Television turned itself on at 8.30 am and couldn’t be turned off except by taking the plug out.

Some issues that need resolving...

Liked: Gorgeous room, great choice of breakfast and perfect location, loads to do in the surrounding area. The food was good and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Unfortunately the sofa bed lies under a sloping window with no curtain or blind and there was a bright emergency light in the hall that we couldn't turn off so sleep was very difficult. The free WiFi was terrible, not useful for much at all.

Overpriced for what you get

Liked: Manager and some nice people working in was kind and resolved our problem with bed,parking available,warm bedrooms.
Disliked: lady wasn’t helping at all when we claimed that bed wasn’t king size, she insisted that it is,we showed her measurements what should be but she was insisting that if we want use sofa we need pay extra money. Wanted to cancel room and ask Booking for refund. Not big enough for two people! Manager came and she showed us different room with REAL KING size bed and fortunately gives us that room. Breakfast wasn’t nice, worse I never had including coffee, please see pictures. In bedroom bin was full of someone else rubbish at our arrival. Breakfast very late 9am and check out 10 from the room.
