Invest in better air con!...

Liked: The location is perfect.
Disliked: There is no air con, I get that, it’s an old building. However the fan provided is the cheapest on the market! Far too hot in the room. Invest in proper fans that actually circulate cold air!!Also the ‘night porter’ was very unpleasant! Quite aggressive when our friends told her they had left the key in their room!

Liked: It’s beautiful heritage style. The staff were really friendly and helpful
