The place to be in...
Liked: Everything! The location, the staff, the room, the calm, the cleanliness! The breakfast was so good, varied and delicious! Honestly, the best place I have ever been in Prague! PS. The sound isolation is crazy! You close the window, and literally you don’t hear anything! Chapeau!

An excellent experience a lovely...
Liked: Breakfast was excellent and the location couldn't have been better as it was so convenient for the station. The rooms were well equipped and everything else was really good. The building was originally a Bank and a lot of the original features were still there. We will definitely return.

Disliked: No water provide by hotel.No invoice because they work with partner company Agoda, business traveler avoid.Extremely small room with no windows.Order 28m2 one first day had to stay at 18m2 because no room left.

Liked: Good location. Close to trains and trams and central locations.
Disliked: It was fine, but I don’t know how it was 4*s. In my opinion, there was nothing that made it that. It was comfortable, but not luxury. It stated there was a mini bar - there wasn’t - just an empty fridge.

Superb
Liked: Excellent location, a few minutes walking from the heart of the historical city, yet very quiet, not in a particularly touristy location. The rooms are nicely finished, look modern and have all the amenities you need. The staff spoke good English and were very friendly.
Disliked: Beds could have been a bit more comfortable; the double bed was two singles joined by the bed clothing. The shower cubicle leaked, so if you stayed a bit too long the whole bathroom got wet. Some additional sealing would be required.
