Super place to stay but...

Liked: Everything you would expect - comfy, good tea and coffee facilities.
Disliked: Sadly shower in Room 2 was stuck on extra hot and I couldn't change temperature.

Lovely room and friendly staff

Liked: Lovely looking property, friendly staff and room was clean with good facilities, hairdryer, mini fridge, TV. Choice of hot drinks and some biscuits.
Disliked: In room 2. Two sensor lights were out one in entry and one in bathroom. Shower the temperature gauge was very stiff and difficult to adjust temperature

Would definitely recommend

Liked: Very clean, rooms had everything, amazing toilets.
Disliked: The theme and old style was amazing, however it was a really windy weekend so the windows were VERY loud. They would rattle and shake and whistle.

Disliked: Broken toilet seat … shower tap loose … windows noisy due to wind.

Great value, comfortable modern room

Liked: Very lovely hotel, clean, comfortable, big modern rooms. Amazing value for money, friendly staff.
Disliked: Have to drive into Hereford though, it’s a bit far out.

Just a very pleasant stay.
