Very pleased with this hotel! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. Loved the rooftop bar. Located conveniently to everywhere we wanted to visit.

Liked: Clean room. Friendly staff. Welcoming atmosphere.
Disliked: Nothing.

Great stay, would definitely stay again. The lounge and bar on the 4th floor were GREAT to meet friends in.

Liked: Everyone, from the receptionist, front desk, cleaning crew, valet, were all VERY friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Our room did not have a refrigerator or microwave - would've been nice to have those within the room.

Liked: I like that the hotel was very clean. The restaurant Dolce was delicious. I had a great time there and will be back soon. I loved the room.
Disliked: The valet parking told me that me was all full at 8:30 pm.

Liked: I love the location...so close to everything. Plus, it has a very active vibe with the main level restaurant and the 4th floor bar.
Disliked: I felt I received an inferior room looking at the neighboring a/c units. When I complained, the staff immediately reduced my rate to account for this. The staff was exceptional - friendly, attentive and always upbeat.

Liked: Great location and friendly staff. I called for some glasses and they were brought up in about 20 min. There is free wifi and the rooms are spacious, clean, and modern.
Disliked: I've stayed several times at this hotel, and this time there was no floor lamp in the room. A hotel maid also knocked on the door one morning even though I had the do not disturb sign on the door.

Liked: The hotel staff was not interested in customer service and the vallet curb my wheels and gouged my tire. I can't get there valley manager to even return my call
Disliked: Vatet was $60 a day they damage my vehicle and will not return my call. I have left two messages for the valet manager

Liked: Rooms were clean and interesting.
Disliked: Not enough space for all things wrong. Bad room location. No sleep due to noise from club. Two elevators and ~15 floors. You wait forever and they are packed. Shower poorly designed. Staff was uncaring. I'd go into details but not enough room.

Disliked: YES. Customer service is HORRIBLE. My flight got cancelled at 5:15pm on Friday and I called the hotel to change from 2 nights to 1 and they unapologetically refused to help me at ALL. As if it were my fault my flight got cancelled. Will never stay here.
