Cosy comfy pub with friendly...

Liked: The Globe was ideally situated for an overnight stay while visiting a concert at Powderham Castle.The pub had a lovely cosy atmosphere with friendly staff and outside seating. Our room was basic but comfortable and even had a decent fan to cool us down. We slept well and had a gorgeous breakfast the following morning. The outside planters window boxes and hanging baskets are absolutely stunning and so pretty. I’d stay here again…

Better stay here rather than...

Liked: Great location with good honest pub food restaurant. The train access to Exeter is quick and regular so from now on we’ll stay here when visiting Exeter City

A great stay in a...

Liked: A very comfortable stay in a well established historical hotel set in the picturesque village of Topsham.
Disliked: The only issue with this property is the lack of dedicated parking . Parking is however available in nearby public paid car parks.
