Very comfortable stay

Liked: High spec room with a very comfortable bed and nice extras. Topsham is a lovely place, and the hotel is very central. Nice pub and restaurant attached.
Disliked: Noise from the room below, poor soundproofing

Friendly hotel in great location...

Liked: Great location as you are in the middle of town and can easily walk to all the shops and return ya and down to the estuary. The staff were lovely - super friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was really good.
Disliked: The bed was not very comfortable as felt very soft and sunken in the middle. It was very noisy with thin walls and you could hear everything the neighbours were doing. The rooms didn’t feel that clean and had a lot of staining so could do with an update.

Excellent. Already booked again

Liked: The welcome, the food, the range of beers and wines.
Disliked: Bit noisy at night but there’s not a lot they can do about it and it’s always silent after closing time. I could hear people snoring in the room below mine.
