Ok for a night but...

Liked: Fab location. Nice bar and restaurant area.
Disliked: Bedroom. Beds not comfortable; very dark room; lamp with wrong plug on it so could only use main light; hot tap falling off basin.

Restful relaxing welcomed.

Liked: Food amazing, fresh and good choice. Big portions!
Disliked: Sometimes, some of the staff didn't seem sure about what they should be doing.

Stayed as it was my...

Liked: Everything. Staff, food, service. Housekeepers were so lovely. Room was very spacious.
Disliked: Stairs only because we had a 11mth old baby it was a bit of a drag. Up and down. But it was only for a couple of days so wasn’t too much of an issue.

Disappointing - Could Not Wait...

Liked: Great location, 10 minutes walk from Warwick Station and just off the main square. 15 minutes walk from Warwick Castle. Close to the Lord Leycester Hospital Tudor building (recommended for students of history and architecture).Good shower.
Disliked: No full length mirror in the room.Bathroom door did not fully close.Unable to open windows in room.Fawlty Towers levels of service in the dining room for our evening meal. Suspect that the chef had been given the evening off. Made to feel very unwelcome by the general manager and consequently had a poor night’s sleep. Could not wait to leave.We skipped the breakfast we had paid for and went to a nearby cafe (Two Brothers coffee shop - recommended).
