Perfect place for a couple...

Liked: Just used this as a stop over after driving all day so we didn't really take avatar advantage of the location but the pub was great.. quite, good size room, lovely pub and good food
Disliked: Bloody seagulls making a racket

Definitely impressed

Liked: Loved the friendliness of the staff, the location was central and they showed us a free car park place. Overall the room was compact but it did not deter us. Honestly recommend The Globe Inn. I also encourage anyone who stays to go to the Quiz they have on a Monday night. Superb!
Disliked: The room got quite hot, even with the window open. I don't think that can be helped but it's good to know.

Great Value, Excellent location, Friendly...

Liked: Was short walk to our venue and had a pub and food!
Disliked: Found no faults. We had to leave before the cooking staff arrived the next day so the manager gave us a credit on our evening meal which was above and beyond anything expected.

A comfortable room with a...

Liked: The staff at the pub and hotel were wonderful! The place was cheery and welcoming. The room was comfortable and quiet. We loved the location on a quiet street. We enjoyed a tasty dinner and good brews at the pub downstairs. We would definitely stay here again.
