Liked: When we got to the hotel we were taken to a room that had a double bed. When I had booked it I booked a twin room. The staff member, sorry Ive forgotten your name, when and looked to see if he could change our room for us. He wasn't able to, but instead changed the room into a twin for us. He really went out of his way for us.
Disliked: Nothing.

Excellent accomodation. Would return.

Liked: Staff very helpful. Great location with bus stops nearby. Car parking very convenient. Local shops over the road.

Liked: The manager and staff were really friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for you.
Disliked: No fan in the room for use during warm nights.

Liked: The location is good. We were staying as we were attending a party at the hotel. Our room was a decent size with an en-suite bathroom. Late checkout of 11am.
Disliked: The room was very hot. There was a fan but that didn't help. No breakfast included in the £100.
