Beyond disappointment. Party till 1am...

Disliked: Unfortunately, the hotel failed to mention that they were holding a party that would go on till 1am. Our bedroom was situated right next to the function room so could hear every song, every DJ shout out. The room was shaking. Safe to say we were very disappointed about this when we had a 6 hour drive the next morning. They had several occasions that could of notified us about this and we would of changed hotels as sleep was very important to us. Yet they chose not to. Upon check out, we left all our details and was promised we would be contacted about this. Again, no contact and no compensation given. To say I am again is an understatement. This was not a cheap hotel and to have constant banging, music and shouting till 1am is not acceptable.
