Super convenient and eclean

Liked: The staff as always was amazing super friendly and very helpful. This is the only place we stay in Niagara Falls.

Liked: good location
Disliked: The breakfast is very poor, disposable dishes that are impossible to eat, you have to wait 5-7 minutes for warm water in the bathroom, we asked to change our bed linen, they made the same dirty ones, the blankets are not comfortable and the fasteners on them are torn, the price does not match the quality.

Good Stay for One or...

Liked: I enjoyed the breakfast the most. I was nervous given the high number of poor reviews - we checked the bed and bed sheets as soon as we entered the room - but everything appeared clean and sanitary. We did ask for a room on the third floor, but did not get a balcony. The bathroom was actually very nice, and I had a lovely hot shower in the morning. The room was oddly small and without much natural light, and in need of new carpet and updated furniture. But everything you would need for a night or two stay was there. The staff was pleasant, not overly enthusiastic- but helpful. We did not notice any unpleasant odours. The breakfast was delicious - fresh fruit and breads, they had a waffle station, cereal bar, and two specialty coffee bars. The cappuccino was most welcome. I suspect the people who complained about the breakfast came down at 11 am - despite being told breakfast was served from 7 am to 10 am. Typically we stay in NOTL, but we had a show at the Fallsview - and this hotel was a short Lyft ride away ($9). We may stay here again if we're in town.
Disliked: The staff could do with uniforms - even just a golf shirt to look unified. The furniture and wall decor needs updating. Also, invest in mattress toppers and new pillows - the hotel will have many more positive reviews about the comfort of the beds.
