Pleasant

Liked: Great location, staff lovely.
Disliked: Noisy room at the front with sound from the bar and road. Next doors spa bath was astronomically loud. This place is ‘fine’ but it really does need some money spent on a fresh paint job and replacement of damaged / dated furniture.

Liked: The room is beautiful. Lovely Tea, spacious room, lovely bathroom and quiet
Disliked: Be nice to have a mug, rather than cup and saucer. As I was going to a conference ot would be nice to be able to order lunch to take... salad or sandwich.
