Liked: This is by far the best hotel in UK that we stayed. Everyone is very polite, professional and knows exactly what they’re doing. Facilities are incredible, as well as surrounding areas. We are already planning to go back.
Disliked: The fact that the guests are allowed to go to the sauna without towels, in flipflops, and above all, in their swimwear. So unhealthy

Liked: Amazing stay, from start to finish. Will definitely be going back in the near future. Staff were very friendly and helpful, facilities were amazing, and plenty of activities for both adults and kids!
Disliked: Lighting in the room wasn't great. Shower window was very small so water kept splashing out of the bathtub.

Liked: Gleneagles' facilities are excellent. Breakfast is superb.
Disliked: Bad room given, external vent was very noisy. No view other than a roof and vents. Room 177

Liked: We were upgraded to a room with beautiful views over the golf course and the surrounding countryside, and received a complimentary bottle of rather nice red wine.Our dinner in the Andrew Fairlie restaurant was fantastic.
