Liked: An excellent breakfast, I like the buffet style, where you are served by a staff member. Lots of choice available. The cold water taps at the end of the corridor and the plastic flask in the room is a great idea. A shuttle bus is available for a spin into Killarney town. The Gleneagle is doing a great job of reducing its carbon footprint, Well Done!
Disliked: I had a ground floor balcony room. There were work vans parked in front of my balcony, so the view was very limited. The noise of angle grinders working at the front of the building also spoiled the tranquility.

We did enjoy , staff...

Liked: Breakfast was good but very quick to clear away everything. I missed out on fried egg.
Disliked: Towels for leisure centre are ridiculously small.

Liked: Everything was perfect. Staff were professional and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble.Rooms were bright and very clean. Food was excellent.

Disliked: Show was canceled Rambling Dubliners, take that poor replacement. Due to the Rally of the lakes, it was a bit noisy but to be expected.
