Liked: Very clean and comfortable. All staff very welcoming and helpful. Meals were very nice. Pleasant background music and tv’s on but not blaring. Lovely wee snug with log burning stove.

Nice hotel

Liked: The food was great in the Bombay club within the hotel., we also had a lovely breakfast, lots of choices, the staff were all fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice and clean and the bar service was first class. The server at breakfast was extremely nice
Disliked: We had no hot water in the morning and the bed wasn't that comfy, the shower cubicle looked small but didn't get in due to no hot water. We stayed in room 3. We were only staying for 1nite so it didn't bother us too much and we would probably use the hotel again as the staff and the surroundings were so nice .
