Excellent location and value if...

Liked: The property was gorgeous. The setting, the trails, the surrounding mountains. The fire pit was very nice touch facing the mountains. the trails were clean and nicely maintained.
Disliked: The price we paid could've gotten us on a penthouse of a 5-star hotel with room 3 times the size we got. BUT I guess that is what you get when you booked last minute...The food at the restaurant, The notch Grill, was ok.

Liked: Clean, friendly, comfortable, nice view, trails start behind the hotel, good restaurant, super service, and even our service dogs had already treats in the room.
