Very enjoyable stay with some...

Liked: Excellent location. Very helpful staff. High standards of cleanliness . Lovely food.
Disliked: Rooms tired. Layout of hotel is challenging for someone with mobility difficulties.

Good location, great staff, but...

Liked: Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, just off Princes Street. Rooftop area very different and would be lovely in good weather.
Disliked: Room was tired and very noisy. Expensive for what it was, expected more. Breakfast again pricey, and very ordinary. No fresh Orange Juice left at 8:30am.

Liked: Very good central location close to secure car park which is available at a discount. Great breakfast served in room. The room was clean but dated with a good bathroom and comfortable bed.
Disliked: Our room which was almost in the bar area was noisy including people using the terrace garden after the bar closed at 12am so not restful. The air con was loud and ineffective.

You shouldn't get a disabled...

Liked: Great location and a really comfortable bed / bedding.
Disliked: The breakfast wasn't great, but I think most people would like it. It was a bit irritating paying what I did and then having a disabled room.

Liked: Staff and breakfast
Disliked: Room 113 was noisy as it was just above the street food place. Also the roll in bed for our son was so uncomfortable he couldn’t sleep on it and ended up in our bed.

Liked: Great location...step off tram to hotel Beautiful garden directly off your room
Disliked: We had a bathroom suitable for a wheelchair, open shower room...would have preferred a bath/enclosed shower
