Exceptional

Liked: There were few very friendly helpful staff went above and beyond for me and my kids didnt get names. Asked for upgraded room as the first room was no use for us they happily sorted it out for us, the breakfast was fab, they are highly recommended from us.
Disliked: I reported about blowdrier not working and thought they may have gave me an another one. Its shame its so far out as you have to drive everywhere. N

Disliked: The blooming bed ....wow I didn't dare move ...springs popping and my freind next door even heard me on the bed if I moved ...bed upgrade me thinks !!!

Liked: Staff were lovely especially Rebecca behind the bar who was really welcoming and a good laugh behind the bar.
Disliked: Nothing that I didn't like. Some very minor issues- The TV in my room didn't work which wasn't the end of the world as I went and sat and watched the screen in the bar but had I been tired this would have been a little irritating.The shower was a bit dusty but nothing to get too excited about.Would still happily stay again.
