Liked: Food and service
Disliked: Rooms look very tired. Our room needs coat hangers, sink plug was missing, bathroom tiles need serious work to repair the grouting.

Liked: Location was lovely and easy access to where ever we wanted to go

Liked: Pleasant friendly staff food was nice
Disliked: Beds were a bit uncomfortable shower was quite grimy as in the shower door at bottom looked mouldy as did the seal round the bath the room carpet was thick which meant you had a job opening the door

Disliked: Breakfast- no yoghurt, fruit, pastries, Sunday was buffet style but the plates were cold. Shower was bot great, a lot of doors banging with residents during the night

Liked: Helpful staff, carpets not worn
Disliked: Room cold, behind bath tap black with mould, mattress worn, no continental breakfast, tea in a flask and no teapots.

Dissatisfied

Liked: Hotel is generally excellent, great evening menu.
Disliked: Bed in room9 was 2 singles stuck together. Lumpy uncomfortable and not conducive to a good night's sleep. Breakfast on a previous stay was excellent, this stay had changed to a buffet style. Cold bacon, cold beans very premier inn and very disappointing. Hotel should be much better than this.
