The pros outweighed the cons here. Great ambiance in a very clean room. Breakfast buffet for 3 hours. Very comfy beds. Recommended.

Liked: Clean; friendly staff; good food; comfy bed.
Disliked: Water pressure low. Phone didn't work.

Room was overpriced, small and somewhat awkwardly laid out. Bedding was great. Service was good. Won't rush back.

We were given a room that was already occupied. I opened the door with the door key and there were people in the bed. How embarrassing this was for us and also the people in the room. All we received was a I am sorry. You would have thought that we would have been given a free dinner or even a free night stay in the hotel.

Disliked: Ha the 7am fire alarm wake up call

Niagara Falls trip

Liked: The location is good. The room was big. Back in it's day I would imagine it was gorgeous.
Disliked: It needs to be updated a bit. The shower head in room 508 needs to be fixed.

Liked: The location is just next to the Niagara falls , very easy to walk to the falls, casino and restaurants.
Disliked: The breakfast was so bad , it was not even real eggs it was like a plant-based egg, we just went out for breakfast , then on Sunday a fire alarm at 7am woke us all up and took us out of the hotel on pijama , the kitchen was on fire. Then the Wifi never worked on my phone the Internet is so bad, and also the TV is just one channel available.

Liked: Very good location, cozy room. I strongly recommend this hotel because it has an observation room on the 19th floor. Best view on the US side of NF.
