Great location, modern rooms

Liked: Outdoor seating area, modern interior (as opposed to many old-fashioned looking places in Carmel), pillows came in different sizes, very dog-friendly.
Disliked: View: overlooking parking area, bit noisy

Great location, nice service, some...

Liked: Excellent and considerate service from the front desk
Disliked: TV was not working, not a great location for my room #10, next to janitorial closet and stairs to second story

absolutely memorable!

Liked: Loved the location, no breakfast served due to Covid :( the room was clean and everyone was so friendly, even the ones that worked there cleaning. would give it 5 stars
Disliked: that we couldn't book another night :(
