Disappointing for price paid

Liked: Didn’t have breakfast.Location good for city
Disliked: Our room was above pub kitchen.It was very noisy with staff stacking tins etc outside especially early in the morning.Also very noisy huge kitchen extractor right outside our bedroom window which meant we had to keep windows closed to keep noise down.This spoilt our time spent in our room

Very good

Liked: Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Lovely shower.
Disliked: Room very hot & fan not effective. Breakfast not included & £15 charge expensive for mediocre food.
