Liked: Didn’t have breakfast as leaving early. But very impressed with staff member who re configured the beds for us and allowed us to leave our bags whilst we went for grandaughers graduation. Would recommend xx

Disappointing

Liked: It was in a good location near to the centre. Our room was very spacious. Staff very helpful.
Disliked: It could do with a spruce up. The decor and furnishings in our room were very tired although the bed was comfy. The breakfast was advertised as a full English breakfast & the price had increased from £8-£10 but half the ingredients weren’t served. “Bacon, tomatoes, black pudding”. There was however a bacon substitute which was a slice of halal bacon - had we known this from the start we would have chosen something else as it was more like a slice of rubbery spam.Both my friend & I asked for tea with our breakfast & that was severed in a teapot for one. Toast came before the cooked breakfast with no condiments. It’s safe to say we didn’t enjoy our breakfast. Glad we was only there for one night.
