Pleasant

Liked: Good location for visiting tourist sites / town. Managed to secure parking for free outside. Room was clean. Check in / out was really easy and self-service. A bottle of water in the room. Lots of mirrors. Shower good.
Disliked: Room was very dated (more so than photos show). Location was a bit rough. Bed was uncomfortable (two beds pushed together with massive dip in the middle). Dark bathroom.

Liked: Fantastic location on bus route to airport and walking distance to Albert Docks and city centre shopping Plenty of tea/coffee in room
Disliked: Felt very stuffy and can’t open windowsNot good for restricted mobility due to stairs

Convenient location near Baltic, arena...

Liked: Easy access, parking outside, convenient for Baltic, Marina and M and S arena. Nice walk down the hill ! We had attic room , very comfortable, peaceful and a view from the velux window

Disappointing

Very good

Liked: Clean with large comfy beds. Very reasonably priced considering there was a large event on in Liverpool. Within walking distance of the city centre
Disliked: Communal area needs a bit of TLC

Liked: Lovely room , spacious, nice view of cathedral. Nice little amenities given. Everything you need
Disliked: Nothing major at all just could do with a lick of paint on walls to spruce the room up :)

Lovely stay

Liked: Very easy check in,clean ,and nice and quiet compared to where we usually stay ,only a quick one night stay compared to are usual visits, but will be back ,very close to the baltic market
