Very good

Liked: Clean with large comfy beds. Very reasonably priced considering there was a large event on in Liverpool. Within walking distance of the city centre
Disliked: Communal area needs a bit of TLC

Liked: Lovely room , spacious, nice view of cathedral. Nice little amenities given. Everything you need
Disliked: Nothing major at all just could do with a lick of paint on walls to spruce the room up :)

Lovely stay

Liked: Very easy check in,clean ,and nice and quiet compared to where we usually stay ,only a quick one night stay compared to are usual visits, but will be back ,very close to the baltic market

We would definately stay there...

Liked: Was great for walking into town. We managed to park outside which was good, brilliant comfy bed with lovely white cotton sheets, we overlooked the garden at the back , it was nice to sit by the open window, very quiet with no road noise. Baylis and Harding bathroom goodies and lovely white fluffy towels. We booked for breakfast but didn’t make it because we were too comfy in bed !
Disliked: It just looks like it needs a bit of TLC. Cracked tiles in the bathroom, shower a bit grubby, marks on the walls where the chairs have banged . Curtains that didn’t fit the window.

Faff free and good value...

Liked: Good basic city centre guest house. No frills but priced accordingly. Self check in via key box was dead easy, never saw a member of staff the whole time but really didn't matter. The two single beds were on the small side but then I'm 6'3" and my room mate 6'6" so might be why. In the city for a concert and suited our needs perfectly so would happily book again on that basis.
Disliked: Beds a bit bigger. Plug next to bed had dodgy electrics.
