Pretty rubbish for a hotel....
Liked: Fairly well situated for the university district and parking outside was easy. Breakfast was fine once we worked out where to get it from.
Disliked: There was nobody on reception. When we arrived a cleaner had to ring the owner to find out where the key to our room was. The cleaners command of English wasn't great so she handed me the phone. The owner said she had emailed me a code for the key safe the day before but I had been travelling for three days with no access to email. When I finally got the key safe open, our key was not even in it! The cleaner found the key elsewhere after a frantic search! If the cleaner had not been there we would have been totally stumped! This place is run more like an Air B&B than a hotel! The room was a bit shabby and there was virtually no information about anything.Breakfast was in a Café down a flight of stairs outside the hotel (we had to work this out for ourselves). We will not be back!

Good location, poor customer experience.
Liked: The room was large and very comfortable, the location was good as it was close to a venue for a wedding reception.
Disliked: No staff were available at all. No receptionist or on site concierge . Breakfast was included in the package that was booked. When we went to the cafe for breakfast , the room was in darkness and there was nobody available to ask why breakfast was not served. After a phone conversation, the contact person said there was a problem with the electricity in the kitchen and the staff had not been able to cook. No effort had been made to inform the guests - not even a note on the door of the cafe. Customer service was not good. The lady on the phone did apologise and said the staff on duty should have told the guests what was happening but the experience was poor . I was very disappointed that more hadn’t been done for the guests.

It was ok and served...
Liked: We have stayed before and the location is very good for what we required. The bed and room was a really good size and very comfortable. Entrance and exit was very easy with the key fobs and felt very secure.
Disliked: When we had previously stayed, the room we had was much quieter which we preferred. The shower in the room was only a trickle which meant I couldn't really wash my hair as it would have taken too long. The kettle couldn't fit under the tap in order to fill it so we had to use a glass to fill the kettle ( I realise this is only a small point, but could easily be rectified). Considering breakfast isn't included in the price, I felt this wasn't really value for money.
