Easy room for improvement

Liked: Building was pleasant, easy parking and nice cafe underneath
Disliked: Bed was really uncomfortable.Smell of drains in the bathroom.Room was a bit grubby.

Disappointed with the standard of...

Liked: I liked the idea of the property but in reality it’s tired and run down. The lady that let us in was lovely.
Disliked: The shower was so mouldy that we couldn’t even shower in there. I didn’t enjoy this experience and I would not stay here again.

Great stay

Liked: The location is very quiet, and we had a great sleep with no outside noise. We specifically booked to be between the town centre and princes park and this was perfect .Very easy check in.
Disliked: Bit dated but great for us.

Good location, nice area, in...

Liked: Good location for Philharmonic Hall. Short walk to shops. Parking right outside- was in a nice area. Good breakfast. Good size room. Was clean. Staff were friendly. Self check in was good idea.
Disliked: VERY dated and a run down inside, in much need of decoration throughout the property. Lots of work needed in the room itself and the bathroom. Road noise and noisy guests didn't help. Not quite up to what was paid I'm afraid.
