The hotel is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The downstairs bar is so much fun - great bar staff and delicious cocktails! Not to mention it is right across the street from the Fox Theater. Walking distance to some cool bars and restaurants as well. Would not stay anywhere else in Atlanta.

Beautiful hotel at a great...
Liked: The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious. The bed was comfortable and our room was clean. The breakfast was delicious, and the location of the hotel was ideal close to Marta rail.
Disliked: They had only 1 elevator working at the time of our stay, which made for long waits. The ice machine was not working on our floor and since we couldn't go to another floor we had to go to reception to get us ice. They didn't service our room during our 3 night stay and we would have liked more coffee, but it wasn't a deal breaker.

Hotel Indigo is a better...
Liked: Liked the location and that it had four walls and a roof. Other then that it’s an overpriced.
Disliked: So, was pretty disappointed. Wife had always wanted to stay at the Terrace and she was happy for the most part. Going to make this short. The pillows in the bed are tiny, so they give you 10 of them, which makes for a weird sleep. Also, the only modern American hotel I ever stayed at that ran out of hot water after one shower. Again, wouldn’t really be a problem, but considering what you’re paying, it’s a problem. My biggest complaint is the bellhop staff. Paid for valet and those employees couldn’t have been less motivated if they tried. Not expecting them to do a song or dance, but some eye contact would be nice. You would think if a customer walks up to you, you would put the phone down, and you know, do your job. Be slightly self aware. Then when I walked into the lobby for the other valet at the valet desk, he just ignored me. Literally standing a foot in front of this man, and nothing. Just awkward standing there while he pretends he didn’t see me. Was the weirdest interaction. No crowd. No other hotel guest to be waited on. Was just me, the valet, and awkward silences. Why would a luxury hotel place these types of employees as the face of your business is just bonkers. Then when I talk to the manager they were polite, but did zero in anyway to make me feel taken care of. No comp on the $50 valet or any move at all. Nothing other then, “I’m sorry that happened to you”. Stay at Hotel Indigo. Cheaper, but all the same amenities and literally next door to the Terrace. Never had a bad night at the Indigo.
